Orangetheory Fitness

The work outs are really fun and challenging. They are never the same twice with new moves and exercises each time. The coaches are great. Always helpful and supportive. I'm in my mid-50s and don't feel out of place and find I can keep up with the younger members most of the time. It's a great motivation to beat the 25 year old on the rower!

Great workout with a good variety of movements and fluctuations of intensity. More sustainable, enduring and rewarding than a crossfit workout in my opinion.

This studio will give you the BEST workout every single time! It never gets old and is always challenging, it's a must try!

The workouts are great and with them being different every day makes it very appealing.The coaches and staff are amazing!!! The atmosphere is always inviting no matter your fitness level and you feel like part of a team, its great seeing all the regulars :)

Wow! This OTF is the best. I've been to several in the area, and stumbled across the Marlborough location. The coaches are by far the best I've seen - not only are they inspiring and motivational, but they truly care about every single person in class. The coaches know everyone's names and keep the class fun and challenging at all times. Even though OTF Marlborough is a far drive from me (vs some other locations), I drive the extra miles because it's worth it to me! Also, the class truly has a sense of community - even as a newcomer , I felt very welcomed by everyone!
