CrossFit ForceField

Great atmosphere, great coaching great people. Love it here. Have learned so much about my self gotten stronger physically and mentally and have made amazing friends! Best gym I've been too!

CFFF is an amazing gym to say the least. Great atmosphere and equipment. The coaches and members are all awesome, its like its own family which makes it all the better! Huge shout out to the owner and coach Will Dale.. the most supportive and encouraging coach ive encountered in a while and he will go out of his way to make sure each member achieves their goals and feel welcomed, all while having fun! Highly recommend this gym :)

I've been a member of numerous gyms over the years and forcefield is by far the best! The workouts are fun and challenging but can be modified depending on your level of fitness. The owner, coaches and members all make you feel extremely welcome so it's not an intimidating environment. Highly recommend stopping in to try out a workout!

Excellent facility! I have been to various CrossFit gyms in the area and feel the most at home at CrossFit Forcefield. I am a college student traveling about 20-25 mins a day to make it to the gym and the travel time is totally worth it! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and qualified and are really great at helping you set attainable goals and achieving them without failure. There is a VERY strong focus on safety of the individual and good form is always stressed. The community is good at extending encouragement all the way from finishing workouts to staying on track with nutrition. Because of the smaller community you're a name, not just a number. Programming is constantly varied and high intensity but also very personalizable. If you're looking for a second family, not just another gym definitely drop in!!

Crossfit Forcefield is a fun and welcoming environment with great coaches and members that are all working towards the same goal, to be healthy. Workouts can be modified for different strength and skill level so that anyone can participate regardless of age, body type or ability. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and will work with you one-on-one to make sure you get the best work out you can. I highly recommend checking out this gym and seeing for yourself.
