Orangetheory is really great!! Motivates me so much, Oshawa staff is awesome and friendly, kind and professional, workouts are incredible efficient and I loss a lots of weight in 3 months and feel stronger ! Highly recommend it! Is not expensive for all the benefits you get !
I've been attending OTF Oshawa for a few months and I'm so happy I joined! Workouts are like no others, I've tried independent gym training, gym trainers, bootcamps, independent virtual videos...nothing best OTF. They keep me motivated, the coaches are great, music and energy are awesome. Highly recommend.
The vibes of the club are great. Coach is there to help you and push you. And when you work out as a team you push yourself more and more. One aspect that adds a unique and enjoyable dimension to my workouts is the fantastic music selection at the health club.
Love the energy and vibe of the bunch. Makes me excited and motivated to come back every time for a session. The coaches are great and the peers are equally motivated.
I love this place! I joined in September and have been addicted ever since. It is never boring! I love that i don't have to plan my workouts. I love the energy and motivation that the coaches give off. They are very supportive and encouraging here. I love that you can see your efforts in real time using the heart rate monitors. I have seen results for sure in both physical endurance/strength and it's a positive environment for mental health as well! This studio is also clean and inviting.nI love it and all the people who work here and enjoy the other members as well! I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. This is my favourite workout studio!
