I love the vibe at this gym compared to other gyms I’ve gone to. The staff are amazing, there are lots of equipments choices and plenty of benches and squat racks.nI personally cannot say enough about how amazing the personal training with Kayleigh was. I really can’t wait to book another round with her. I’ve worked with great personal trainers in the past and no one has been able to help me strengthen areas I’ve had issues with since childhood until Kayleigh.nIt’s obvious she loves what she does and it shows. Highly recommend!!!
Great gym ,lots of equipment and very clean!nI never wait to have to use anything even during peak hours. The assistant general manager Eddie was super friendly and helped me get my membership started. He gave me the best experience ever and I will be recommending this location to all of my friends and family because of him and his amazing attitude. Oshawa GoodLife is doing customer service right
Big shoutout to Eddie at this gym! He walked me through everything on introduction, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt welcome. The gym itself is awesome—clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe. Definitely glad I joined!
This GoodLife located at the Oshawa Centernis honestly one of the top GoodLife locations I’ve attended with the staff, and other gym goers being friendly/helpful. Everyone seems to take care of the gym. From cleaning up after themselves, and putting equipment away. All equipment also are repaired quickly. Everything is maintained properly and the environment from the gym floor to the change room is clean/tidy. There tons of machines, squat racks, bench’s, even during busy times I’ve attended. No real complaintsnnThe entrance to this gym can be access either from the food court side of the mall going down the stairs/elevator or coming from the underground garage located on the backside of the mall. Plenty of parking
I am so glad to be back training post colonectomy surgey, I am back in the gym 7 weeks after and feel amazingly well. The great rebuild of gamedropspops aka theShwaRock is underway session by session.nnI'd like to say a huge thank you to the front desk Clerk Barbara , I spoke to her about a very serios surgery I am having Dec 9th , she offered to freeze my payments until I am ready to return to the gym. This really really is awesome of her , and very much appreciated . Thank you.nnI enjoy training here , a good variety of machines and free weights availible to use. Large facility which is nice no lack of room is not an issue. Really like the Hammerstrength equipment especially . Recommend visiting the Oshawa Centre location
