Orange Julius

At the very first time I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted with a very friendly "Hello, How can I help you?" The Strawberry banana smoothie that I tried was amazing. Since that day I have been a regular repeat customer, the staff is absolutely amazing. Great people, Great products.

The supposed owner a female around 45 years old refused to remake my drink and refused to give me a refund after giving me a cup of juice instead of the orange Julius original I ordered. She was very rude and clearly made it wrong as I get it every week and it’s never liquidy and orange as it was today, it tasted nothing like it’s supposed to. It was a span of 5 minutes that it took me to sit down take a sip than go back thank you, and whatever juice you use while making them is the one you used way too much of it was a full liquid unlike thick and creamy how it usually is. Terrible customer service than to go and lie on the internet to make it look different. I am embarrassed for you.

I really love the taste the smoothie it’s been a while since I am drinking smoothies and it’s the best.

Best smoothies with real fruit taste. My nephews love this place. New owner are very friendly and best customer service. Will take my nephews again when I visit mall next time.
