Wendy's

Cant even fill the potato wedges box properly. Just over half full is pretty cheap. Too bad as food was good. Wont be back to this location it seems if they cant even fill the fries up EDIT the restaurant has reached out and wants to replace my combos. I will up my star rating based on them making a mistake right.

Service was next level today. Staff went through good knows how many kids toys today, looking for specific ones to help complete a set we had begun collecting. Incredibly appreciated.Food: 5/5

This has always been a "go to" for our family because everyone likes the food here; however, lately orders through the drive thru window have been incorrect. This has happened three times in the last month, with my catching it once before leaving the parking lot. Twice it's been the omission of something on the order. The third time they got a burger order completely wrong. This happened again tonight plus they didn't include something on the other. They didn't hear me asking specifically for a burger made a certain way, and I didn't catch that they didn't get it right so that's on me. However, the omission of an item was on them completely.

Not a lot of atmosphere.... Institutional at best... Incoming cold air from door openings in cavernous open area can never warm up while ordering and dining in!... Staff service and courtesy excellent!... Food hot and tasty!...

Probably one of the top 5 fast food locations in Belleville, after A&W and the Mcdonalds on North Front street. Food here is served in a reasonably fast time, and is hot and pretty good quality. Docking a single star though because theor wifi is trash. Other than that the location is fairly clean and well lit. Atmosphere is good, seating is comfortable. Recommend it here

Had been renovated recently and new look is very clean and modern. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Frosties are always a must and they have great chili as well as different sides like baked potato for your meals. Bathrooms are well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was hot and tasty. For burgers the baconator is my favorite.

Great food but lazy server at the counter during my visit today. Moves really slowly and doesn't understand what the term NO ICE means. It was even on the order screen so I guess she doesn't even check the screen before preparing an order. I HATE ice in my drink and I have no love for anyone who puts it there after I've clearly stated NO ICE. I mean, you have the best beverage on earth ie. Wendy's original lemonade and then water it down?? Why?? Infuriating! Please do better on my next visit. Thanks for reading.

I was there April 22 2023 and the staff were friendly and the order was correct.Food: 5/5

Visited recently, had a hamburger which was not bad but the bun was soft and almost cold. Next time I will ask to have it heated.
