Opulence Spa

Another fantastic experience at Opulence spa! ❤️ For the past few weeks I have felt tight, sore and achy. Today I went back for reflexology and full body massage treatments. Feeling amazing now! Wish I could go back again tomorrow and the next. Hope my husband reads this review - hint: a gift card for Christmas would be a great idea! 😉

I normally go to all kind of massages. This one is the definition of “RMT” at it best. you have to try it at least once.

The staff was understandable and listened to my requests. They respected my privacy and were very kind. The massage itself was very relaxing, everything was very ambient and it was very well done. Would definitely recommend.

I had bought a Groupon deal from Opulence spa and wanted to re-confirm the services they were about to offer for that particular deal. Not only was the person on the phone impatient in order clarify what was on the deal, but was down right rude in the way she communicated by cutting me off not willing to listen to what I had to ask or say! A "Spa experience" really begins from the time a client picks up the phone to call you in order to make an appointment. So, to me that expectation was a great big fail! Then she (wish I remember her good name) had the nerve to ask if I wanted to book with them?! YA..NO!!! On top of that gave me the "go ahead" to review this excellent behaviour of hers which she calls "customer service". The arrogance in her speech was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. This is not the kind of attitude your potential clients deserve..Sorry!

Very pleased with the care and service of both treatments that I've received. The spa looks small from the outside. But inside it is very welcoming and relaxing.
