I went in for an angled shoulder-length cut with Jasmine. I came out with completely uneven hair (thinned out more and even cut shorter on the right as compared to the left). I didn't realize until I got home so I emailed asked to get it fixed. I have to say that Headlines' customer service was incredible in dealing with this matter because I was booked back in within a few days to get it fixed. However, when Jasmine (who I have to say is sweet as pie) "fixed" my hair, it got even shorter, it's no longer angled (the back is longer than the front), and it's still much thicker on the bottom on one side than it is on the other. I can't even put my hair up to hide it until it grows back. The manager was wonderful and understanding and offered me a refund or cut from himself in 6 weeks' time. Just so disappointed about how this cut turned out, as I've heard such great things about Headlines and about Jasmine. I will have to either wait several weeks for it to grow out or get it cut even shorter now so that it doesn't look so terrible for the time-being. 😕

My first time at the salon. Jasmine cut and styled my hair. I must say, i was quite impressed with her, she explained step by step what she was doing and I love my hair!  I am definitely going back there.

worse experience ever.  Took my daughter there to get her hair done for prom.  She got her hair styled and curled.  We barely got through our front door and ALL the curls fell out.  My daughter was devastated.  We didn't have time to go back  as we live just outside  Stouffville.  Thank god for her friends mother -she re did her hair and even did a better job than Headlines did.  You would think a professional hair salon would make sure something like that would NOT happen, especially on one of the  most important days of a young girls life. 
I went back a few days later to let them know what had happened and the ladies behind the front desk didn't' give a crap.  I didn't get offered a refund or a chance to come back to get a style for free - all i got was attitude.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone EVER.

Punctual and professional service. Their cut service comes with wash & style and I think the prices are reasonable. I was in & out within an hour and that's with my hair getting curled. Bonus: free parking! Jasmine did my hair today & I've requested her service again in 3 months. She's friendly and respected my boundaries unlike many hair dressers who can get annoying with their fake personalities just to get extra tips. I definitely recommend Headlines - specifically Jasmine.
