I was happy to find specialty homeopathics at Optimum that I used to be able to get at Hazeldean Pharmacy. Nice that they can order stuff too! Prices are higher than I'm used to..but I guess nothing is getting cheaper!

Hanna personifies Kolya and customer care. I came in to replenish my breathable nail polish. Regrettably, it was unavailable as a new vendor is being sourced. Nonetheless, Hanna was well informed, transparent and gladly shared the bad news, coupled with the good news. I’ll return to purchase my polish in a variety of shades and colours upon its arrival. Hanna made my Saturday as she was professional and personable. A winning combination that makes her beautiful inside and out. ~ Diana
I LOVE this place. I have been purchasing supplements from Optimum for about 20 years and I'm always impressed with their staff and product offering. One thing I appreciate is they stand by their products and operate from an ethical mindset. In addition, I have taken numerous courses in the apothecary and continue to make those products to this day. The essential oils, carrier oils, botanicals and other products have always been excellent quality and the staff have been a wealth of information! Finally, the spa offers delicious facials, which I've been blessed to enjoy and I love that they offer free makeup consultations/advice, not to mention top notch products. Need I go on?

I am pleased to inform it is worth your time to visit all optimum stores to purchase your supplements, Today, I was served by a happy customer service representative /sales representative by the name Brandon. I found this sales associate has very strong communication skills, active listening skills and willing to walk extra miles each time he is on duty. He is genuine, hardworking, enjoys learning more about all the supplements in his store so he can be of great value to the customers and the store. All optimum stores are fully stocked with well trained cheerful staff including Brandon. The store owner Mr. John Biggs invested his time and money for the wellbeing of humanity, Mr. Biggs and his family believe in sound health and recognized in mid 70s the only priceless investment in peoples lives is optimum health. Their mission statement proven to be true in this pandemic. I wish Biggs, all their staff and Brandon the best in 2022.
What a friendly group of staff and customers! Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable about products carried and they go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for even if you don’t entirely know what it is you need! Suggestions are made in a non aggressive selling manner and the quality of the products carried are top notch. I love the apothecary and the natural beauty section!
