Me and my friend popped in for an after work dinner and we were left beyond disappointed. My friend had ordered a caeser salad but got a Greek salad despite being mildly allergic. We talked to the cashier and she told us “no you didn’t. you ordered a Greek salad” but like why would she order a Greek salad when she’s allergic! The cashier tried to gaslight us into thinking that my friend ordered a Greek salad. Terrible experience. They don’t take allergies serious here
Was in there today and the fries I got were borderline raw. Zero crunch, white with a light bit of colour. Disgusting. Check all your food before you leave the restaurant.
I ordered the Opa platter last night for take out and once I got home it was missing the tzatziki sauce. We also got the veggie wrap with fries, which was missing the falafel and the fries were old and cold. When we called to complain the store was closed. Worst experience ever and I would not ever go back!! Now I'll just wait on an auto-reply email which will apologize using my name and ask me to contact their customer service.
Food was fine but the service was terrible. Embarrassingly slow, two staff behind the counter and they couldn't fill more than one order in 15 minutes. What's worse is they don't bother to take extra orders or even say "we will be with you in a bit". They just completely ignore the line while they finish one order at a time.
We were very disappointed. Raw potatoes not edible watery tomato salads, I would say they don’t qualify to be called Greek salads. Even the pita and tzatziki were off. Too bad, the place is convenient to our office.
The two girls were very friendly & polite. They prepared my meal just the way I asked them to. The meal was tasty & I will recommend this place to all my friends
took my mum here for a late lunch. I had the fry bowl with lamb! Mom had calamari appy with greek salad. Great service, excellent flavour. My fave Opa near me.
Server behind the counter was handling lettuce with bare hands after using the register. Teach your employees how to prepare clean food.
The food, service and space are usually pretty good here. I've gotten people who looked like they didn't want to be there before and there's been some large spills/messes unattended but it's not the norm.
I really disappointed with staff i visit twice over there and there is 10 minutes to close but they just said we are closed sorry . Seriously guys you closed your store before your closing timing . This happen with me twice not once. They didn’t even deserve one star. Also when i ask for timing the girl reply very badly she said you can take a number of manager and call her. Like this you treat your customer. Really disappointed.
