Our family only has done takeout at this location several times, not one issue to date. We usually order either the Family platter or Jumbo chicken platter...few pics are attached. Parking - plenty Staff - attentive and wonderful Food quality - always has been great Portions - decent for chicken...as per sides, don't really like having to pay a fee for the rice to family portion. The one the platters come with is not enough for a family.
The venue is bright and clean. Food came quickly and were delicious. I highly recommend getting the perinase for the chips. The staff were also friendly.Food: 4/5

Haven’t been to Nandos in a very long time. Figured I’d try it again. Service was friendly and helpful. They made an error with my order but fixed it. I ordered the garlic mashed potatoes. They taste like they are straight from a box. Chicken Caesar wrap was meh. Fries were very salty. Drink cup given was super small. It will probably be awhile before I come back.
First time at a Nando's but not the last: I would come to this family owned and operated franchise location just for the amazing artwork on the wall including dozens of large glazed ceramic dishes, colourfully painted African animals and some huge original 'mixed media' paintings. The rest of the decor is deliberately rustic or Western 'antique' somehow integrated seemlessly with comfy padded leather booths. This really surprised me because on the patio side of their plate glass windows one is led to believe it will be like other 'fast food' restaurants in a strip mall. It is not! The food is made fast as in quickly but their kitchen layout could serve an upscale catering service—it is open to view right back to the walk-in coolers—as much as a so-called 'fast food' chain. Chicken, roasted whole, or grilled is their special focus and I had the chicken livers and a side of fresh roasted brussel sprouts, not knowing what to expect from the liver, never having seen it on any restaurant's menu—ever. Wow! It was perfect, served in a 'medium' spicy peri-peri they sell it bottled too. I thought the liver might have a strong or 'gamey' flavour, but it was mild, just slightly stronger than flavourful dark chicken. I could rant on about the friendliness and solicitude of the staff, several of them owning family members, but people shouldn't take my word for. Come meet them. Busy as they are, lined up at the counter, if you dine in they still serve direct to table and make time to chat. This restaurant obviously cares about satisfying the people they serve as much as delicious flavours. Now if only we could get them to reveal the secret recipe for their peri-peri sauce! Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, Portabella Mushroom Halloumi Sandwich/ Wrap, and an Avocado &Roasted Pepper Bowl are available. Parking: Ample and nearby on a Saturday afternoon.
First time visit to Nando's and boy was it a boost to my flavourful senses!!! First off, they have so many sauce options, be prepared to choose what sauce/heat level you want with each item you order ! You can also buy bottles of the sauce to takeaway ... there was a sink right in the restaurant to wash your hands, this was amazing, absolutely loved this option!!! Would go again for sure and try other food offerings. As a side note, the peas a side dish are very minty tasting, it was not really mentioned when I inquired about them, I liked it but I can see how it wouldnt be everyones cup of tea, so if you don't like mint, I'd stay away from them.
The outlet is very beautifully decorated. I love the location as it is surrounded by a lot of big brands. Food is good. Service is quick. Ample parking space. Clean toilet. Colourful interiors.
Came in with my son, ordered a 2 kebab meal with two sides. It came quickly but shortly after receiving our food we noticed there was hair in it. They quickly made a new one only for it to have another hair in the food. No manager came to rectify the situation or make our experience any better. Also when we ordered our drinks we were not told they only had 3 options of pop flavours which my son was not into any of them and just wanted ice tea. I am extremely upset with the service and quality of food we received. I will not be returning to this establishment and will share my experience with my friends and family.
We ordered take out on their website to be picked up at 615pm. We went in to pick up the order. The order was sitting on the counter with our name on it and the cashier handed it to us. We ordered a whole chicken lemon & herb with 2 regular sides of peri wedges. When we got home, my husband read the note on the receipt and it said "we don't have wedges so we put in fries. Sorry! Enjoy :". The fries were so salty!! The restaurant didn't even call to say they didn't have wedges, so what did we want instead? Nope, no call...they didn't even say anything when we picked up the order. We don't like their regular fries. If they called to let us know, maybe we wanted the mashed potatoes or corn instead?? The whole chicken had an extra wing and missing a thigh! Was this a utility chicken? I thought when you order a whole chicken, you are supposed to get a whole chicken?? Does a chicken have 3 wings and 1 thigh?
What a nice surprise! The service here was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations too. Great value for your money. Will definitely eat here again. Parking: Free parking
