KFC

Had a sudden craving for fried chicken and got two 2piece chicken combo sets. Chicken was juicy and fried but portions were tiny. Flavour was lacking and the original flavour tasted burnt and breading was falling off the chicken making the entire experience pretty gross. Fries were dry and hard, lacking flavour. The carry out bags were missing napkins, tomato ketchup and one drink cup which I had to go back and request for. Overall quite a disappointing experience.

I went shortly after they opened today and ordered spicy. These are what I got. Not spicy, leftover recooked chicken from last night. They chicken were black and dripping oil. Disgusting. KFC should investigate the franchisee.

Service is not great. Food undercooked. Doesn't listen to specific adjustments, and doesn't respond to phone when called. Consistently messes up orders unfortunately. Spent 40 bucks there via the app, and chicken tenders were cold and mushy, and not cooked all the way thru, fries were soggy. It's unfortunate, but I fear now they have a reputation for messing up orders and coming across like they do not care. I did call the restaurant AND customer service and got no reply or told essentially "it is what it is" Asked for simple things like no sauce, and received easily 3x sauce, the famous chicken sandwich was literally dripping with mayo that the chicken itself wasn't crunchy at all. The dip that came with the tenders had separated, and was sour smelling, it was inedible I will say though, their plant based chicken is very good Pictures show how some of the chicken tenders were given to us. Breading off because its wet and soggy, chicken is white but is ice cold.

Order a 2 piece and the chicken was like this? Soggy. The gravy has chunks in it. I think it's flour or something. Very inconsistent for a KFC fast food place.Food: 1/5

Delicious, fun, quick. Pepsi machine was out of regular soda. I informed them and they fixed it instantly, like pros! The restaurant is very tiny though, so when it's busy it's a little intense.

Every couple years I give KFC another chance and I really don't know why. Fries taste like cheap paper towels, those brown ones you get in public buildings. The buns seem to be made out of used kitchen sponges, part of it was hard and inedible. The chicken tastes like nothing. Just don't bother.

I called to place an order to pickup so my kids wouldn't have to wait to long in the car and the staff who answered the phone at 915 pm tonight said they have run out of chicken. It's 915 and she said I have to order more pieces of chicken and wait 50 mins if I want to order more? Poor customer service hands down. I'm not sure if it was the manager I spoke to. I don't think a manager would have would allow a place that specializes in chicken to not have chicken available 50 mins to closing. Never experienced this before. Please train your staff to do practice kindness and efficiency

Yes, they have the same recipe. But the service kills it. Rude managers and employees with no care for customers. You'll either find mistakes in your package or they'll say they don't have this and that. Most of the time they don't ask you to wait if you want your order, they'll offer something else instead. Sometimes they won't even ask if you need ketchup, etc. My family loves KFC, after such experiences many times, we won't go back to this store anymore.

2023 01-01. Evening time when I was order. One double chicken burger. Large popcorn with coleslaw They put in the bag. But there was no spoon no fork. No napkins. I don’t know why they keep this kind of people. When I called them To just remind it. But they was talking in Punjabi. They said eat with your fingers This is disrespectful

I have frequented this KFC many times during COVID-19. Every one of my experiences, minus 1, has been great. The one that wasn't so great was a mixup in my order request I made on the app for pickup. Specifically, the special instructions I added weren't followed, when on past orders they have been. I asked for mashed potatoes as my 2 large sides instead of the salads. For some reason their website, app and drive through menu don't list mashed potatoes as an option, even though they have them. Also, I upgraded my 2 fries to mega individual for an additional $1 total. I also asked for thigh only dark meat for the chicken. These 3 requests weren't met. I didn't check everything until I got home because the drive through was busy and it would have been a hassle opening all those containers in my car. I provided feedback through the app. The next day I got a call from the store manager. She apologized and offered me 6 pieces of chicken, 2 large mashed potatoes and 1 large gravy as a resolution and acceptance of responsibility. I honestly wasn't expecting I would ever hear back at all. For this generous offer and the apology, which I accepted graciously, I give HUGE props to this store and manager for correcting and maintaining a positive customer relationship. Then today I get a letter from KFC corporate apologizing and including a $10 coupon toward any purchase. Again, I didn't ask for our expect this! Well done again! Also, at the drive through the workers wear masks, use hand sanitizer frequently and will substitute drinks for gravy without hassle of charge. The food is enjoyable; the chicken tastes fresh, moist and has that yummy 11 herbs and spices goodness! It's why I keep coming back to KFC. I'll keep coming back to this KFC because of the impeccable customer service! PS - there are really good coupons on their website that are customizable. PSS - their strawberry cheesecake is awesome!
