Story

Our meal plans will bring health and fitness into your life while saving you money and countless of hours of grocery shopping, cooking or looking for healthy take out/restaurant options.

We only use high quality fresh wholesome ingredients in our food and all our meals are free of additives and preservatives. All of our sweet potatoes are organic and grown locally here in Ontario, at the Round Plains Plantation farm, a member of Canadian Organic Growers (COG) and Local Food Plus (LFP).

Here at Onelife, we are very passionate about our food and we understand reality, human nature and the negative power of temptation/cheat meals. We constantly keep that in mind and strive for continuous improvement with our recipes in terms of taste, nutrient balance and sustainability. We want you to love the process and the lifestyle; once that happens, results will follow.

Our program is designed around the concept of conditioning. When you consume consistent meals at a repeatable frequency, your body learns to trust you and will come out of starvation mode. This is the best and most sustainable way to stay healthy, lose fat and gain muscle mass.
