Once Upon A Child

The staff isn’t very friendly . I had to call about bringing in items and that girl on the phone was loaded with attitude and not polite. She wasn’t helpful in answering my questions . You could literally hear her eyes rolling as we spoke . Considering it’s a store for children maybe consider“service with a smile - even when your on the phone “

I don’t usually write reviews but this location has a on numerous occasions been filthy. I do not think anyone has vacuumed this place in months and to boot the staff is always so unfriendly. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in or when you’re at the counter. I’d rather drive all the way to St Catharines then search through the dirty mess.

Great second hand store. Prices are fair quality clothes and toys at a dicounted cost. Anything you need you will most likely find here. Thanks again

I just got home and reorganized the mess in my 2 bins which were returned to me. I just noticed that I had a bag full of clothes that were labelled "sets" that was taken apart and they kept some pieces of the sets but return some items. If you weren't going to take a 3 PC outfit or set of 5 onesies, you shouldn't get be taking pieces out of the sets. I had a set of 5 coordinating onesies and 2 were returned. A 4 piece outfit, and one piece returned. I won't return to this location.

Staff is beyond rude. Not helpful, condescending. If they don’t want things they are returned in a complete mess. Shelves are overcrowded and disorganized.

This place was absolutely disgusting . Everything was everywhere. A complete mess. Looked like a disaster. The workers were very ignorant as we walked through the front door . They didn't say hello,didn't look at us,didn't ask if they could help us with anything. That right there,is a red light for us. Another thing,we found a pair of pj's for a baby,the price tag still on, & reg price was $7.00 & once upon a child was selling it for $10.00. That's ridiculous. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that. The nerve of those ignorant little girls who price the items. We will NOT be returning to the niagara falls store EVER AGAIN

Really affordable prices, especially during their sales. Unfortunately they don’t sell or buy maternity clothes. The store is clean and well organized but lots of the racks were filled too tightly and it makes it hard to view the items.

Simply amazing! The selection of kids clothing, books, and toys is incredible, and the prices are within budget. Staff is friendly and informative. I was ery impressed

They refuse new, never worn clothes while selling stained, stretched out clothes at a premium.
