I was in on Easter Sunday after 5. I've been so many years back since I live in the region. The store has more dust dinosaurs than under my 10 year olds bed. I can't even call them dust bunnies because it's huge clumps of dust. It really needs a good vacuuming. I found the store to be messy, not sure if it's from shoppers being pigs and throwing stuff around or if that's the way the store normally looks with lack of cleaning seeing the floor has dust dinosaurs. A good cleaning and better organization would be a start. The fact that they have hair accessories that Dollar Tree sells is kinda odd.

Was here with my girlfriend... asked someone to find us a few things and she just points at the wall and says "its there" till i said "ok youre going to find it for us" when she started to walk away. We didnt find a single thing we were looking for, then when we got to the fitting room to try on a shirt there was no one there to open a door because all the sales staff were too busy chatting somewhere else in the store... sucks for them, we left and didnt buy anything. Never going back either

I like Urban Planet. We bought our Christmas outfits in the one at Eastgate. So for Boxing Day we went to Niagara Falls planning to get a several new outfits and a dress for New Years. I was never so upset to find out THEY CLOSED THE DRESSING ROOMS! But you figure Ok I'll just try them on at home. But there is a NO money back policy only STORE CREDIT! So I attempted to try on all my things in a corner over my clothes. This was both frustrating and embarrassing. I walked out empty handed feeling very upset and ended up getting several outfits at Suzie Shier where I tried on all my clothes!
