I went in to get fitted for a suit for a wedding. The staff were rude and more interested in helping an older gentleman who came in after me. (I'm very baby faced.) I was passed from person to person. Went through 3 different people in the 20 minute ordeal. One person would start pinning the suit, then would want to go help someone else, so call a different person over... Finally fitted and paid for the suit. Was told to come back to pick it up on a Tuesday. When I did, it was not ready. Had to come back a second time for it. For a $300 dollar suit made in Bangladesh, I'll most certainly be taking my business elsewhere in future.

I went here (morrison st.) a while back and bought 2 suits that were expensive but only ok. Not worth the money and every time I put them on now they seem way too big and not well fitted. The staff was so so and seemed a bit judgemental considering they didn't look like they knew how to dress though they work in a "classy" clothing store. There was an old man working there who gave me dirty looks the moment I walked in and during my visit he kicked me in the heal while passing behind me clearly on purpose because he didn't bother to apologize. He was not the one helping me either. Very rude and unprofessional. On top of all that they somehow got my name wrong in their system, which I later noticed on my receipt and they could not be bothered to fix it. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never shop here again. You can find better staff and fairer prices somewhere else. My advice is to shop at another store.

Some good selection but somewhat limited. Some customer service reps are rude and information is not always provided fully.

I was in town for a wedding and managed to forget my suit pants. The staff was able to help me out super fast so I wasn't late. Very impressive service.
