used to be my go to place to shop for both of my children. it will not happen again. I shopped a sale advertised and nobody said anything about it being a final sale. I had a handful of items I wanted to exchange- not even return for refund, and I was denied. nobody apologized for the miscommunication, or lack there of, and the manager refused to even make eye contact with me. also, when the points went from a paper card to the paperless, they "lost" 2 cards worth of points I had, again without an apology. a total of 40% off evaporated into thin air and when I confronted them about this they insisted it must have been my fault. terrible customer service. I would rather pay full price for new clothes with appropriate exchange periods than shop there.

I have been shopping here for a long time now, I love this store! Great selection of clothes, although I find some of the clothing to be a bit pricey. Toys are always a great find at this location. The toys and shoes have good cheap prices, which I enjoy. Staff are always friendly :) my children love coming here!

I live in Toronto but prefer to go to this store instead of the 3 stores in Toronto. This store is much larger than the ones in Toronto. The staff is way more friendly and helpful (I've told the management twice). They have a large selection of used toys, clothes, books, etc. They also have some new/unused items. They give loyalty points (1 point for every $20 bought/sold to them). It used to be that 20 points gets you 20% off your entire purchase but in Aug 2017 when they converted to use Vincinity, it now takes 40 points to get 20% off.

Super busy, tiny aisles and not a ton of selection for sizes past 9m. You can find some gems if you have time to look for a while or you're looking for small sizes, but on the whole I wasn't thrilled.
