Roots

The price jump from here to the outlet strip on Lundy lane is just ridiculous. Also a little salty how 95% of roots merchandise is made in China instead of Canada and they still have the balls to charge 130 bucks a sweater.

Everytime I head to Canada from the States, I have to go to Roots. Their clothes are wonderful, and each time I go, I receive great customer service. This time was no exception. I found a winter coat I absolutely loved at the Pen Centre store in St. Catharines, but they did not have my size. They found one at another store, but it would not be transferred to the store before I left. Casey, the manager, and her team worked diligently with me to ship it to my place in the States. It arrived timely, and very carefully packaged. The whole staff was awesome, and they deserve praise for their work!
