Staff was okay but i took 10 brand new girl outfits with the tags still on them from old navy. I walked the store just to get an idea of what i would receive as they sorted through my things. I got $20 total, mind you i walked the store they were saling clothes new clothes with tags on them for $12 an item. Smh they profit really well. I went to the store next door that buy adult close they bought 6 of my used items for almost $30.

The whole point of Once Upon a Child is to bring stuff there!! They *absolutely* never buy anything! I have made three separate trips to this location now and each time they say "oh sorry, we're not accepting those now." Do you know how much time and effort it has taken to get all this stuff cleaned, in the car, and to your store without my 3, 2, and 3 month old? A LOT! Ironically, I call the Coon Rapids location and they say, "sure, no problem! bring it by." Then I drive 20 minutes out of the way and they buy the stuff without a problem. The least this store could do is drop the attitude and perhaps say, "you know, we have a lot of these in stock right now so we can't buy it... but we would love to donate your items to the local homeless shelter for you if you would just like to move on without your items!!!!!!" I would gladly donate them versus making one more trip or bringing them home!!!

Ok so yes the one lady is not pleasant but i really like this location for their great selection of baby gear! But always ask them to show u it works! When i sold somthing i remember they put in new batteries and did a full inspection so i assumed theyv done that with everything they sell but NO ! I bought a bouncer that seemed like it had old batteries, but didnt work with new ones i put in. Then found gum shoved where the tray connected i cant believe they didnt check it first but i lost recipt and its been weeks. Next time i will inspect before buying and have them try fresh batteries!
