Love coming shopping into once upon a child. Came in on Saturday usually the floor is kept clean and tidy. it seemed to me the store was a mess and there was no one working up on the floor and everyone working up at the front. I came quite a few times into your store and would like to take the time to say that the Indian Manager she is very nice and helpful and like her smile. Also there's another sales associate that works in the corner up in the front older lady her name starts with a C tell her to keep up the good work in greeting the customers in the store. Also other times when I came into the store there is a young girl that's always bubbly that's working on the floor Couldn't catch her name? Didn't see her name tag. Anyways would like to take the time to say quite a few times when I came into the store on different occasions that this young lady she is very nice and very helpful as well. I was in the shoes area. A customer in a wheel chair that needed help taking down the bin of shoes and your lovely staff member that's very bubbly that's smiling she was there to help take down the bin. I will be back in your store shopping again I like to see nice staff that take the time to help a customer out like that and also like the older lady at the front that greets that makes my day.

Had a great first time experience in your store on Sunday January 14th. Came in with my husband we were looking at the play pin making sure all the pieces were together. Where your lovely staff member was kindly enough to help us out. With a very unique name that starts with a Z she was very lovely. It was our first time that we came shopping into your store, your staff member was very helpful brought us a once upon a child flyer and explained to us about how your process works and what we are allowed to bring in. That made my day and also my husband's day as well. We will definitely be back again soon.

Great store to shop when your baby grows out of clothes fast. Even better when they have their clearance sales on. I can't remember the staff members name just that it starts with a T. She took the time to help me with an exersaucer and was very patient and polite. I had her at the till and she explained how I can bring my items in to sell. Will be back to sell!

I purchased a $100 gift card from Once Upon A Child in Coquitlam ... they have the following sign on their door ... what value gift certificate would you expect to get? So .... the correct answer is ZERO ... after the store staff consulted one and other, and called the store owner .... they concluded that I had NOT bought a $30 gift card therefore I did not qualify for a $20 gift certificate. I suggested that the math indicates I purchased the equivalent of three - $30 gift cards. I asked to return the $100 gift card and purchase three $30 gift cards and was told there are no returns on gift cards. So the take away from this is that I will NOT be shopping at Once Upon A Child, I will no longer be recommending them to family and friends and I WILL be ensure others are aware of their horrendous customer service

Went to the store this evening to sell almost $200 worth of large baby toys. They were basically brand new as our little one never had interest in them and we are trying to downsize. They offered me $15 for it all and I was thoroughly surprised (and maybe a bit offended?). I've shopped there a few times but find it very hard to find stuff that's of good quality and reasonably priced. I definitely won't be bringing in anymore baby items. The few times I've been in the store, staff was mediocre, never greeted or seen much enthusiasm. Edit to add: The offer was $15 with over $200 of baby stuff they accepted from me. There was 2 items which were a bit wrinkled (understandable), but otherwise the rest they were going to take - which retailed for over $200 (only bought a few months prior).
