On The Lake

Great Baja-Californian cuisine overlooking Sylvan Lake. Their Coconut Calamari tasted amazing, as well as their De Cortes Shrimp Cocktail with just the right spicy kick and tang. There’s a complimentary popcorn while waiting for your order, and I think that’s a well thought out of service if your customer is going to wait for a meal that takes time to cook. Their Portobello Truffle White Pizza was great too. Not too thick, but also not too soggy thin. My partner also liked that they used fresh Basil for their cocktail drinks. The service was amazing and our male host kept on coming back to see if we’re having a good experience. The place can be packed real quick during weekends so plan ahead. Parking is limited. Although, there is a lot of street parking, which is also hard during weekends.

Appetizer had hair in it and they were nice enough to remove from the bill. I wasn't overly impressed withy chicken burger...the girls loved their gangster burgers tho. Don't think I'll go back tbh

Came for dinner and we shared the guacamole appetizer. It was so fresh and tasty. Everything is home made here in house! Then we had the salmon with home made potato salad and the chicken pesto sandwich. It was one of the best salmons I’ve ordered at a restaurant. Seasoned so well. The whole meal was so delicious. And the staff was very friendly and attentive. I will bring my mom back here for lunch tomorrow!

Our first visit and wow! My new favorite restaurant! The food was phenomenal! We had the streak sandwich, the coconut calamari, and bread pudding. Let me just say, my husband and I are planning on having breakfast there this morning because it was soooooo good! The atmosphere, music and vibe is amazing! The staff! The staff were the sweetest. The manager and the server Matteya were very friendly and made us feel very welcome!

We enjoyed a night of testing the possibility’s for the future menu. Every item on the menu for the night out of nine were good or great nothing was disappointing.nnWe will be back again. Thank you
