Omni was great, from Jocelyn in customer service to Gord and Justin who did the bulk of the job. Quite honestly it was fun to listen to the lads who clearly enjoyed and took pride in their work. They were a pleasure to have around, super friendly and kind even when they had to fix where I accidently stepped into the wet cement! and it is no small thing to feel comfortable with strangers in the house but I truly did. I feel much less anxious about springtime melting now that I've had this work done.Service: Basement waterproofing
Pete, Daniel, Shannon, Jocelyn, Kathleen and the whole team at Omni Basement Systems were incredible to work with! My crawlspace water leak was a complete nightmare until Pete showed up to my house and helped me design a solution to address the issue and prevent any future concerns. They were true to their word, went above and beyond, and I now have peace of mind knowing all is well. Thank you again to the whole team for the amazing and fast job you did! I highly recommend their service. It was worth every penny!
