Tried Omi with my son while we were attending his new student orientation at MSU this summer. The food was very good. I especially liked the hand rolls. The service was fine. Looking forward to heading back next time I'm in town.
Had the dragon and spicy crab rolls which were very good and appreciated the miso soup and salad accompaniments. The Mochi deserts were good but I would ask for them without whip cream and chocolate sauce. Very good and attentive service. All in all, above average!
Very friendly staff, food was well priced, and huge variety of selection.. hibachi and sushi. For sure will be going back to try more of what they have to offer.

A little small on the inside but very cool and absolutely delicious sushi. I recommend any of the salmon rolls! Service was also wonderful!
Their sushi is one of the best sushi in East Lansing area. I really enjoyed their food. I ordered a pickup and I was amazed how well they had packed the sushi.
Didn't know what to expect walking into what looked to be a Diner. The food was spot on though. Loved the beef asparagus appetizer . The server was personable and knowledgeable. Would very much eat here again.
The lunch deal is excellent. Great sushi!
