Do not buy a single item from here. They are selling expired products with new sticker on it. The product is made by om India only. The name of the product is Indian Khari biscuit. The product is good for 15 months from the date of packing. The packed date was written 15 Dec 2020. There was a sticker on it in which the new date was written that was 01 Oct 2021. They are clearly selling expired products. The owner should directly contact me or else I am definitely going to take legal actions on it.

Indian food ,herbs, spice and much more products available. But rates of some products are high. Purchased one cadbury dairy milk in 2 CAD but print MRP in Indiana currency only Rs 35.

I mostly come here, one stafflady I thing she is most senior staff here, extremely rude. She behaves like people getting stuff for free. I have always seen her angry, rude, arguing with customers, bossy with co-worker, keep talking unwanted stuff about working place and store owner to others, even she doesn’t care that there is many customers walking around. I am not a complaining person, but I don’t recommend this store to anyone. Every time I come, and if she made my bill I always think I will never come to this store again. I know my review will not effect to this store or her. I hope store owner start to taking care of customer service side.

I mostly come here, one old lady named shilpa is vey rude. She used very bad language with me she reacts like owner, but she does not know that store is running good coz of customers and I know Jayesh Bhai, he is losing his business coz for her. He should do something for Albion store.I love to buy from Om, but now going forward I will never visit to the place.

Best place to buy Indian food especially Gujarati food spices snacks pickels everything even though the prices are bit higher. Also get a wide variety of ranges as well. Store is quite big as well. PRICES ARE QUITE CHEAPER AS COMPARE TO PANCHVATI. which is best thing for students.

If you want to buy EXPIRED Products specifically frozen or refrigerate products, go here and waste your money !! They are selling expired products . I called them to sell me expired dosa batter ! It was sealed packed, and I stored in a refrigerator as required temperature. However, when I opened, it was spoiled . I called them but the girl on the call was so rude to me !! They blamed me and the company for spoilage ! I have been using this product for many years so I'm not going to visit this place again DON'T GO HERE FOR ANY INDIAN GROCERIES OTHER STORES ARE BEST THEN THIS STORE

Rude and no customer service. Well, not relavance to any one there just go buy and and come out. There is another option also available around that area wigh bigger store and more choises. Look for that also.

It used to be a good store, but things have changed in the last 2 years. Greed has gotten the better of the store owners and management. Their prices are very high compared to other stores. The staff is not very helpful. Veggies and fruits are stale and old. The dairy products including "Indian" ice creams are old and freezer burnt, and ridiculously priced. This store really needs a reorganization, cleaning, and new employees who understand how to speak to customers. I like to support small business owners, but I won't be going to this store anymore. You can find fresher Indian products, better veggies, and cheaper prices at your usual bigger grocery stores without the hassle.
