The Olympic Flight Museum is a non-profit dedicated to preserving and flying vintage aircraft with a visual history of military and civilian aviation. Our mission is to deliver the sights, sounds and excitement of flight to every visitor.

Story

Established in 1998 at the Olympia Regional Airport, the Olympic Flight Museum offers a visual history of both military and civilian aviation.

Went there earlier in the year to check it out after finding out about it when getting a membership at the Seattle Flight Museum. My kids love it. The place is well taken care of, has great planes (loved the L-39) and the best part was the guy at the front was very nice, welcoming and helpful! Update: I will caution to call before you go. My family drove down there again in October. Checked their Facebook page and website to make sure they were open but when we got there, a sign was on the door saying it was closed for an event. Only thing I did not do before was call. They should post that type of closure on their website or Facebook to let everyone know ahead of time before driving down to see them. Kids were disappointed but ended up going to a farm there in Olympia to pick out pumpkins for Halloween instead.

The guy running the place was really nice, had some pristine machines in there, especially the corsair. Nice little museum

Nice place to see some old flights up close. Went there during the air show and enjoyed.
