The customer service in the Abbotsford location is incredible.  I will always shop there as long as I have pets.  They know what I am there for and always carry my heavy purchases out to my car.  Sincerely friendly people that always make my visit feel like I am family!!!

Great customer service and they have pretty much everything you need for your fur-baby....if they don't they usually order it if they can...ask for Ginette the owner or Theresa...tell them Barb sent you....they carry raw as well....enjoy🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶
