Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

They were so busy yesterday but the staff were amazing . They handle it so well . Our server was Eleesa and she’s the best . Wow . We are all very impressed with her service . Amazing job Eleesa . Plus food is always good. We loved Olive Garden everywhere we go .

Probably the worst service I ever experienced at an Olive Garden. We're lucky if we saw our server like 3 times during our visit. When our server was grating the cheese it ended up in my wife's tea. Took forever for to get a new one. My wife ordered soup and salad and when my wife asked where her soup was the server said it's coming out with the food we ordered as a meal. We aren't from around here but if we ever come back we definitely won't be coming here.

Our server was incredibly nice and funny! I went day of my graduation and food was good as well! He even picked up my gift cards and put it in the lost and found when I forgot to pick them up. Can’t remember name of server but he was tall had poofy hair and wore glasses.

Matt was so awesome, he recommended so much great stuff to us. He told us what paired together good with certain drinks, and certain sauces. You can tell he is so passionate about his job and making people happy. Anytime I go to Olive Garden I will ask for him!!

Shoutout to manager Janelle and her team tonight!!nnWe ordered delivery and our order got mixed up with someone else's, so we received their food instead. Janelle called and left a message before not our food even arrived, and spoke to me when I called back.nnShe offered to resend our food, and even added free dessert! Order mishaps when ordering from home is of course always frustrating, but the corrective work was worth the wait. :nnThank you!!
