Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Love Olive Garden! Great food, great service. Fast and yummy. We even ordered take away after the meal for dinner! The zupa Tuscana was a little watery and bland and the kale was crunchy which was disappointing. This was 30 mins after opening so it probably needed to simmer some more.

Went in last night for my daughter b day. Eating out just isn’t worth the cost anymore. We had 8 people. We weren’t offered wine samples or told about specials. My son 16 year old order chicken strips and Mac and cheese which we have ordered before for him and gotten an adult size. They sent out 2 tiny chicken strips right away like he was a toddler. Then sent out the Mac and cheese as his main meal with the rest of our food. The Mac and cheese was cold. Then we asked for boxes and they didn’t box up anything for us just put boxes and bags on the table. We ordered the buy one take one home and realized once we got home we never got the take home meal. We were busy bagging everything and forget about it so I guess it’s our fault we didn’t remember to remind the waitress. The manager came out and I think she was trying to apologize for the chicken strips coming out ahead but it seemed like she was just annoyed we didn’t send them back to be re made with the rest of our meals. We never complained or asked for a manager so we just felt uncomfortable after that. Just very disappointed, we spent almost 300 dollars we still left a good tip and everything but I wish customer service and quality was better. Seems like prices went up and service is worse then ever.

My mother and I came here for dinner and were very pleasantly surprised. Not only was the atmosphere very nice and peaceful but we had the sweetest waitress named Christina. She absolutely made our night and was delightful to talk to! We will be back and will make sure to ask for Christina again.

We had a great dinner here. My daughter wanted to do her family birthday dinner here. Food was good, and they came and sang her happy birthday and gave her a free dessert.

Great experience here. Our waiter, Shad, was extremely attentive and fun. Our drinks were never empty, and he always stopped to check on us when he was walking or jogging by.nnThe food is reliably good. We got the pasta fagioli, chicken alfredo, peach ballini tea and a tiramisu.nnWe also were told it would be a 20 minute wait, but they got us to a table in 7 minutes!
