OYG Catering was established on 6/11/2014. Chef Paulie O'Connor has been working in the valley for over 12 years creating memorable Italian dishes for the Jackson Hole community. Over the years he has established many accolades throughout the valley and nominated for Best Chef of the Northwest in 2011 through the James Beard Foundation. He is the former Chef of Old Yellowstone Garage and Il Villaggio Osteria. The Old Yellowstone Garage is O'Connor's second culinary adventure. It is located next to the beautiful elk refuge in Alpine, Wy. Come in for some fresh pasta and housemade sausages and Italian delights. Enjoy some wine at the two cozy bars or sit by the fireplace and drink a glass of wine.
