Old Second National Bank

Shelly L. in the Oswego branch is the perfect example of excellent customer service. She was patient and professional and went the extra mile for me in helping with some complicated paperwork and transactions. George Bailey would have given her Employee of the Year status. I've worked with other banks and Old 2nd is superior.

It's a good establishment. The people there are helpful and friendly and they honestly seem to enjoy working there. That's a huge plus in my book

Awesome banking experience. Jodi(personal banker) has always been knowledgeable and has been able to help me above and beyond what I expected. Brianna in the teller window always has a smile and a genuine, "Hi how are you?"

Terrible customer service. They closed my account without my knowledge (luckily i had a chase account and was in the process of moving everything over) however i know there was a little bit of money in there, even though it was only about 10 dollars it is still frustrating. The lady that helped me had a terrible attitude because i did not have my account number on me when i called. I have always had issues with this locations attitude problem ever since i started there. Extremely displeased and upset. Thank goodness for Chase!!

I use Old Second as just that- my secondary banking account. They have been nothing but corteous, professional, and helpful. I'm guessing the negative reviews are a result of poor tracking and lack of attention to details on the writers' parts.
