POOR selection. SLOW check in lines. Need staff. A lazy staff or manager took the wrong item and filled several shelves because the tight item was out of stock totally misleading customers. POOR business practices at the store

This place is a complete disaster and service was horrible. It looks like they literally just tossed everything on the shelves. Very much a garage sale type feel. Huge line of people and staff all over but only 2 people on till.

Have come here for a couple years. Usually a 3 star at minimum store. Tonight I was severely disappointed. Had a single pair of 18 khakis in the entire store, I came for specifically that. Then I decided I would at least get a pair of yoga pants and just shopping for them gave me a headache. The sizes on the hangers weren't the same as the pants on any one of the seemingly hundreds I looked through. And to boot, there was two girls working in the area on clothes. I think training at this location needs to be reassessed. The only reason this location even deserves one star is because of how great the service was at the cash registers.

The workers seem unmotivated and tired, it brings down the mood. The store is also a mess most of the time. Some times I find what I need so it's okay I guess.

Clothes usually shrink to half their size after the first wash, or become completely disfigured. This particular location frequently looks like it was hit with a bomb, with clothes scattered all over the place, in complete disarray.
