Great collection, at a fair price point. But most importantly, I have to say our experience wouldn't have been the same without the amazing sales associate, Tarnjit. She is by far one of the most honest, helpful sales associate we have ever come across. A memorable shopping experience for me!

The staff here are really rude. Wouldn't give me a refund or credit for two pairs of shoes I bought 2 days ago and never wore, just tried on. Would never shop here again. Was told to put them in the donation bin to receive 5$ credit on 60$ worth of shoes that were the wrong size and very uncomfortable. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Wouldn't recommend going here.

The very first store I shopped at when I moved to Calgary. Seemed much better then, but I could be getting old now. Not sure. Either way, the selection seems far more bland than other locations in Calgary. And the staff aren't really personable that i've noticed. Not the same vibe as other H&Ms

I tried to purchase an item at this h&m and my only size was on the mannequin. They would not take the clothes off the mannequin for me to purchase. Actually dumbfounded.
