My friend and I were just there looking at swimsuits for an upcoming vacation. It was 8:56 and they close at 9. Plenty of time to try on one bikini each right? Not according to the staff. We asked one of the girls if we could try them on, she went to get the key to the fitting rooms and then we were informed (by yelling across the store) that they were closed even though it was not yet 9 pm. Not sure if that's their policy but I know for sure my friend and I will never be back.

I give 5 stars to the employee (Rebecca) because she was great but otherwise, I'm not a fan. It's super crammed, difficult to see everything because they cover stuff with other stuff, and the return policy (or lack thereof) is unfortunate. The other employees also just don't seem to know what customer service is. One did let me know about a deal on the dress I was buying but only once I was at cash. Otherwise, there wasn't a word. I wouldn't really recommend it. There's always ordering online but it's missing stuff you can find in-store.

This store is always full of great finds , affordable and the staff are super friendly. The store is a bit over crowded and they could benefit from either downsizing some items or getting a bigger space but overall what you expect from a Ardene Store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.... IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD WITHOUT A DOUBT.They treated my daughter like she was a criminal grabbing items from her while trying to go in dressing room and then over charged her for items she never got. Then took 4 days to return my call ..then they call me a liar , that they watched a video and said it went in the bag which it did not.we are talking about a 6.00 over charge which my daughter has very little cash and why would we lie over 6.00. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WORST CUSTMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!! I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YEARS AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!!##
