Worst customer service. Seriously wanted to charge me for flipping my ball on my hitch. Like come on, it's a 2min job. I'll be taking my big purchases elsewhere.

After shopping around a lot we purchased our new TT in the spring of 2018. Summerland RV stands behind what they sell. Exactly what I was looking for in a dealership.

We were extremely happy with the warranty service work completed by Summerland RV Centre on our Northern Lite 2020 10-2 Truck Camper. The email and telephone communication we received from Summerland RV staff leading up to our appointment was excellent, as we were in the process of travelling from Ontario to the West Coast. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment everything went like clock work. Sharon and Phil were prepared, kind, courteous and very professional from start to finish. Aaron. Truly AMAZING. Those who write that the dealer stands by what they sell are spot-on. Yes, they do. Aaron was not only knowledgeable but he went out of his way to provide truly exceptional service. What a pleasure. So rare. Everything they said they'd do, they did. As for the used motor-home we bought, we had issues. The product was not perfect. But then again, pre-owned never is. We still have issues that developed after delivery but I will not ask them to fix anything else. They did twice as much as they promised, already. And anything that as happened since, is no fault of theirs. A dealer's ability to inspect absolutely everything in a coach this size, is not possible. We are 90% satisfied with the product we bought. And 200% satisfied with their word and service....albeit that is not possible to go over 100, but you get the point. We recommend him for sure. Thanks to all, for the impeccable service.

The staff are superb. We purchased our unit there; there were a number of problems with the unit from the factory, but from the front end sales through to the entire service department, they went out of their way to correct all defects and ensure we were looked after till all problems were addressed to our satisfaction. I do not believe there is a problem that Phil and his folks can't fix.

Summerland RV Centre We just recently purchased our travel trailer from Summerland RV. We cannot say enough about the service we received, from the time we walked in to purchase to the time we picked up our RV. Kevin took us around showing us many different floor plans. He never rushed us and took the time to listen to what we wanted. After looking we found exactly what we wanted and couldn’t be happier. The day we picked up our trailer the service we received from Kevin was excellent. Kudos to the service department, they made sure everything was working and fixed whatever wasn’t quite right. We purchased a couple of items in the store and the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful.
