I will never deal with a KVI rep again. I was told by the CEO that he basically didn’t have time to help me. Instead of delegating to someone who had “more time”, he just decided to ignore my calls and emails. I lost out on going on the cruise of my choice because of his delays. I am beyond offended that he had the audacity to tell me “Also, as the CEO of KVI, the amount of time I have free to research cruises is very limited”.
I would think as CEO you would make sure the customers come first. I have booked with another agency and they were nothing less than amazing.

Nothing but amazing things to say. Jane helped us book a vacation in only 30 mins to the Riu Santa Fe in Cabo after several frustrating hours on the computer trying to find a deal at a good resort. She worked within our budget, had lots of knowledge and got it cheaper than it would have been online. When we got back home she went a step further to ask us how our trip was. The service prompted us to use Janes services on our destination wedding where not only did she accommodate almost 70 people, but they were from different locations in Canada. The leadup to our trip and after Jane didn’t just help make everyone’s trip a smooth delightful experience, but she ended up playing a major roll in coordinating our wedding as well. I highly recommend going to KVI travel to book your vacations.

This 1 star is for the secretary, cause the 2 brothers that own and operate this business, gave me the cold shoulder. Didnt return my phone calls and messages. Terrible service. I will never give them my business again. Please dont talk to me again.

Actually hard to describe, sent travel request April 29 and never did get a response from them. Booked with another agency who was actually responsive and thanked us for our business.
