Flight Centre Orchard Park

Rachela Gobbato has been our travel agent for some time! We sure feel very lucky to get a wonderful agent like her, compared to previous ones at other agencies!! She is very friendly, & caring, a real professional in her work. Without her when I was sick & had to cancel our cruise she helped me get all my money back, aside from the nominal fee for cancellation!! I'm very glad we took her advice & purchased cancellation insurance, it, is a small price if something happens. Without it we would have lost 5600.00 dollars. Thank you Rachela!! She is currently working on another cruise for us!! She always works hard to get you the best deal!! For a great travel agency that really cares look no further! Her & her staff will work hard for you!!!

Sara N. did an amazing job helping me plan my trip to Thailand! She found me an amazing deal on a good flight that I never would have found on my own. She found me good options and made the whole process stress free. I can't thank her enough!!

Useless. The gentleman at the counter was rude, arrogant and provided no useful feedback what so ever. Don't waste your time here.

Walked in and sat down to a great experience. I've never flown before had no idea what to do and Jayson got it done and explained everything for me. I tried online to find flights and did but they beat all those online prices and made it so much easier...! this is the way to go , dont even hesitate just because they in a mall doesn't mean they expensive they are just easily accessible and prices are fabulous.. Recommend to anyone new or old to flying or travelling !
