OK Tire

I had tires installed here about 8 weeks ago and had a vibration replicating a tire out of balance. I stopped in to ask if they could take a quick look at it and see. I didn't expect them to drop everything they had booked or getting set up for. I didn't barge in front of the line, as there was no one in there when he told me to go see the lady at the desk. I got attitude right away from the owner, implying I wanted him to drop everything and help me. The lady at reception had said to him cam you just take a quick look as he has an appt in Penticton at 10. After his ignorant attitude I said I will go else where. Only to get into Oliver and the entire wheel come free from truck and hit a building. These people are the most rudest and ignorant people I have ever met in this industry. You would think that if someone come in and just asked if they could take a quick look and be told book an appointment, I wouldn't go back there for anything. The lady at the desk is very polite and trying to be accommodating but he is far from it.He is even rude to her in front of customers. "UNPROFESSIONAL" Good job OK Tire Osoyoos. NOT!!!!! Small town ignorant attitude. Considering he was helping a guy with tire before he opened when I got there.

Excellent customer service. I recently discovered a nail in my SUV before returning back to The Lower Mainland, not only did they check the tire pressure for me, they immediately patched up the tire before we hit the highway safely. Very friendly staff.

I had a repair that the dealership quoted at $1500. A $70 part and 10 minutes labour and Neil had it fixed.

Took time to quickly fix and mount our spare after a flat. Fast and polite, not much more you can ask for.

Arrived in town from Kimberely at 4 pm on a Friday with what we thought was a brake problem. Neil had one look and told us our front wheel was falling off. He called around and had parts delivered to him - suggested a pub we could have dinner at - fixed our tire - at no charge and called us on our cell once the truck was fixed. Meant that he fixed it after closing time at a cost to himself. Cannot thank him enough. Service above and beyond!
