Fowlie, and receptionist, Amanda, at your Osoyoos, BC, office. Both were welcoming and friendly. Cherie was knowledgeable and helpful, explained things and didn't rush the initial part of the appointment. A very good listener. I've had several hearing tests in various cities over the years, but never a test so thorough as the test given here.

Process was easy, billing was taken care of by staff and was polite and professional.
