Ruined my hair! Cut it all off.. .I'm devastated. Don't go here.. there's a reason its cheap... looks like someone took a hacksaw to it...all uneven and horrid

I was served by Emily. I admit my case was difficult. I asked to do ombre. Also note that one year ago I coloured my hair black. Hence we had to bleach them twice. The price for bleaching and toning ended up as 60$ plus tax so 90$ is total. The hair ended up being uneven and the highlights were starting abruptly (it was not a nice gradual progression like on the photo I showed). On every step Ms. Emily was saying that it looks good but I was not quiet of sure. So I decided to also colour the hair to cover up the uneven tone. The colouring was 60$ with tax. Ms. Emily said that the hair will get closer to what I wanted after several showers, but it never did. In conclusion, the result was not what I hoped for but it can be partly blamed on my die from a year ago. The price though was very good. The lowest I found in the region of Ottawa-Gatineau and I called to about 10 places. I would give 3.5 stars if I could.

Went today without an appointment for a haircut and I was welcomed in a very friendly manner. Emily did my haircut, her technique was great and I am very pleased, she did exactly what I asked for. Prices are very affordable. It really surpassed my expectations.

Wow ! I was so amazed at the wonderful customer service I had at this location , great team work girls . Of course I have my personal favorite Melanie she did my hair for my wedding and was absolutely amazing!
