Occasionally Gifted Flowers & Gifts Oakville

I ordered a flower arrangement through FTD.ca for my mother and this was the florist who did it. It was suppose to be delivered on a Friday and didn't arrive till 7pm. When I opened it, the arrangement was smooshed down into the vase and I had to pull flowers out. It was poorly arranged, no order to it - almost looked like something a child would pick and give to their mother. I called FTD.ca and asked for a refund. Next thing I get a call for these florist asking what is wrong with the flowers. I try to tell him but he is more concerned with that fact the arrangement just have the required amount of flowers rather than how it looked. Plus when I tell him I spent $81 on it, twice he says I did not and then says he got paid $50 to make it. Is he that dumb that he doesn't know how a business works? No website is going to charge me what they pay you or they wouldn't make any money. He then asked for photos which I sent. But instead of seeing his mistakes, he calls on Monday (2 days later) to say a driver to coming to take back the flowers. Such great customer service. I hope he can reuse his flowers considering they started to die on Saturday even with fresh water and the flower food. Stay away from this place!!! Bad customer service.

Great experience. I wanted to send a anniversary basket with some complicated instructions for getting it in to the person. Occasionally Gifted was amazing to talk to and worked around the problems!
