I scent flowers to a friend today (see what I did there ;) lol) and she posted a photo online. they were beautiful. pretty much exactly what I wanted. I own a small floral shop in a different area and my description when sending was particular, but they managed to full the order exactly how I asked for it. Flowers in the photo looked fresh and I certainly got my money worth. Thank you so much!

I feel like she rushed me while I was ordering over the phone and wasn't very informative about my selections. she was overly eager to complete the necessary information and wanted me to call back with the missing information rather then just wait a minute while I gathered it. not pleased with the customer service and will not be ordering from here again
