Ordered 2 orders through Teleflora. Both nothing like the website photos. Not pleased at all. Less expensive flowers used, much more bare than the photos.
We ordered flowers for a funeral and were delighted with the arrangement when we arrived at the viewing. The next day a few people pointed out the arrangement and commented how beautiful it was. They didn't know at the time they were from our family. Thank you so much Forest of Flowers. It was more gorgeous than anticipated. The touch of blue I asked to be added was beautiful.
I've been shopping at Forest of Flowers Oakville for 4 years now and I'm always extremely happy with the staff and the quality of the flowers. Always kind and accommodating, fresh flowers and beautiful designs. The owner will do anything to ensure customers are happy with their flowers. I send everyone here for flowers- highly recommend!
I ordered flowers from this lovely shop after a friend had recommended it to me. I was very pleased with the flowers and the service that I received. Fili and his colleague were extremely helpful. They were very polite and fun to talk to. The flowers they provided were fresh and my wife absolutely loved them. I've gone to a handful of flower shops through out the GTA but to find this little gem within my own neighbourhood is a real treat. Thank you very much and I'll be back very soon :

I been at a friend's mom Funeral , as the flowers arrived with a nice lady at a proper and perfect timing to the church. The flowers was in a Very nice , good-looking , professionally well organized . Thank you so much for all of you , Your are the best .
Ordered a bouquet of 60 long stemmed roses with baby’s breath white flowers for $370 a week in advance of requested delivery date. They delivered low quality roses without white flowers. When asked, they advised they did not received shipment on time so they delivered roses as is. They ruined the gift sent for my wedding anniversary. So disappointed, they should understand the importance and emotions attached to such gifts. They handled it poorly, ruined it for me.
Came to in build a bouquet for a birthday gift. The woman was warm, welcoming & helpful. The flowers are gorgeous & lively. Prices are great and fair as well :
I received 4 bouquets from hubby and kids for my birthday. The florist has my choice of flowers in their system but all 4 bouquets were random flowers put together every colour/flowers you can find. The florist excuse was they had a wedding that required my flowers and they simply ran out! Okay…. then why fill a $300 order with random flowers????? On my way to breakfast I called him and he wanted me to bring them back so he can fix it, but not with my flowers…??? Just add more pinks and white’s…”Say what”?? So disappointed!!!! I will not be using them again!!!!
I have ordered a few times from this florist and I’ve always been very happy with the quality of bouquets and prompt delivery. I recently ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day and was disappointed when my mom let me know that the flowers had already died after only a couple of days. I sent them an email and received a call from them shortly after. It’s completely understandable that flower suppliers are being effected during this pandemic so I was very happy when they offered to send another bouquet the next day! The customer service is amazing here! I will continue to order from here for sure.
