Obento House Llc

I'm from Southern California and there are a few places I miss for food there, especially good Japanese food but I found Obento House and oh my goodness the best little place in town. Best Steam bbq pork buns and everything is all hot and fresh. Definitely has become one of my favorite places.

The weekly special is delicious. I recommend calling ahead to place your order, because everything is made fresh. Make sure to sign up for the weekly email while you are in there, that way you know what is going to be served that week. The food is authentic Japanese food, and the customer service is always top notch.

This place can be a little tough to find. I lived 2 blocks away and never heard of it! This is real true Japanese food made by Japanese. She made Amazing okonomiyaki! This is not on the menu but we asked and she was happy to accommodate. I also got the Best sushi that I have had in 15 years! That is saying something, I tried a new sushi place for lunch to. There is absolutely no comparison! This is Japanese food not Americanized Japanese food. If you want the real deal This Is The Place To Go.

Really great pot stickers, portions were a little small for what you paid for. I suggest calling in the order before picking it up, it took a little while. But really great tasting food

Such great preparation and wonderful ingredients. Love this place. A trip to Yakima isn't complete without a visit here.
