Story

Oasis by the Bay is located on the world’s longest freshwater beach on Georgian Bay in Wasaga Beach, close to Collingwood and Blue Mountain. The motel prides itself on cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, and offers 1 and 2 bedroom suites, living room, kitchenette/full kitchens and private bathrooms. Guests can enhance a holiday by choosing from our great four-season activity excursions. Some of the rooms are fully accessible complete with lift systems in bedrooms and washrooms. Other adaptations for physical handicaps are made available as needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here and it served our needs well. You can tell that they work hard to keep the rooms clean and welcoming. I appreciated the variety of outdoor space as well there are different areas you can go to sit and relax or socialize with tables and chairs - even a fire table. The beds were comfy too! Rooms are on the smaller side hard to get around it but I appreciated having closed doors to each bedroom. Bathroom was also small and dated but served its purpose. The customer service was great - very friendly.
Adorable little suite. All the amenities you'd need for a short stay. Very clean and nicely updated. Having the privacy of two bedrooms made for a great stay with my grown daughter. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
Our stay here has been awesome! We are a few minutes from the beach, which has dog access for our Lil friend ! Our host at Oasis, has been so gracious and helpful. Our room is large and is well stocked with amenities and supplies! We are so happy we chose Oasis by the Bay!!
We were in the newly renovated rooms fully accessible for our clients. The unit was clean, bright, and modern. The little dishwasher and fridge were great and to have a cute dining area to prepair our breakfast in the morning. The bathroom had a walk in shower that was excellent for my client. No worry about tripping into the bathtub. All doorways had a wide entrance and safety bars installed in the washroom. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were absolutely fabulous and helpful when we needed help or required something. The resort has a bbq with patio section for dining. Also a fireplace with chairs around it. There is accessible parking close to units for wheelchair vans. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Wasaga.
Amazing place, highly recommend. Spacious units. I wasn’t expecting a full unit including a kitchen and a drawing room in 150 dollars. The staff was very nice, we checked in and out late but they didn’t complain at all. Definitely coming back in summer.
