I bought a used car and did the transfer at this agency. They were quick without making errors. They made sure to tell me about all the recent ICBC changes. They asked me questions about my situation to give me the best policy at the lowest rate. I highly recommend this insurance agency!

I just went in to renew my auto insurance. Oakwest seems nicely settled in their new location in Kerrisdale. The group of agents are all great! They are always pleasant, thorough and informative when dealing with the customers. I don't have a negative thing to say about this company and their people.

I have never used these guys for anything but autoplan renewal. They do that fine. They have limited seating but you can schedule an appointment to get in and out quickly. Parking is great from the mall and there is a Canada line stop nearby.

Went there 5 mins before closing to transfer ownership of vehicle. There was only one person working there. She didn't ask us to leave and stayed 25 mins late to complete the whole process. Ty for staying late so i could sell my car :

I came here to update my insurance address since I was in the area, and this nice guy named Castor helped me. He was the sunniest part of my day today - so friendly and good natured, and fast. Dealing with my insurance had literally never been that pleasant.

Castor was very helpful and he explained a lot of the details very carefully. He took his time and I appreciate the information I received. I would recommend him to any customers.

I've been doing autoplan renewal with them for more than 15 years. Highly recommend Mr. So, he is nice and has the expertise.

absolutly incompetent staff they said everything was ready to go just get a blank check .. walked to bank .. as castor said all of a sudden now the company wants cash if they would have gotten it together as I asked they would have known .. this should have been know prior to me leaving their desk as I even asked prior if that was all ... absolutely incompetence and a lot of blame shifting.. been a client over 15 years ..also he became belligerent and rude as I wanted to to give his collegues name to their head company for incompetence ...never again will i deal with them priority and service as I've seen is given to Asian people as i have noticed while seing them from the food court ..

The best car insurance office in Vancouver! Well, this was the only one which I visited yet ; Anyway, strongly recommend.
