I've been going to the big box stores to renew my insurance for years and it's been very transactional. A friend recommended Wongs and I'm so happy I decided to try them. The lady who renewed my insurance, Karen, was really helpful. She took me through my plan and we were able to identify some areas where I could garner some savings. There was no line up and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It would have been quicker if I didn't have as many questions. I left with more knowledge on my plan than ever and some meaningful savings. Thank you Karen. I'll be back next year.

I love Wong's Insurance. I've been coming here for years. Mr Wong and his team are the most knowledgeable agents in the business and always up to date on the latest information which I find is not always the case with other agents. I highly recommend going there to get your insurance.

Happy Customer - Just popped into Wong's Insurance on Main Street to change my ICBC payment information and to renew my insurance for the coming year. The staff was very friendly, swift & efficient to process what I needed done. Definitely not a fancy place… but, got the job done!

No one likes getting insurance, but these guys make it super easy. They have always served me well and I always get my insurance through them. Parking is free, and you'll usually get a free pen or calendar as a gift. This place also has a connection with the community having been around forever, and the owner Mr. Wong works there so be sure to day hi to Mr. Wong.

I renew my auto insurance here. I get a reminder letter from them whenever my insurance comes due. Staff explain any ICBC policy changes. Great service, good hours. He also gives out nice Chinese calendars to customers at the end of the year.

Small local insurance facility. They were amazingly helpful and crazy efficient. They know what they are doing, are organized and you don't stay long because they do the work fast and the right way. I went to their office because the day before, I tried to renew my car insurance. Very simple right ? well. If you go to London drugs I usually go there because it closes late, they are amazingly unhelpful, slow, they don't care at all about your face, and at the end of the day, they completely failed to renew my car insurance after like 45 minutes trying...incompetence to the highest level. It makes me laugh when even after 2 years of changing their system, insurance brokers blame it on ICBC because it is a system that is 2 years new.
