I received great customer service as soon as I entered. Warm and welcoming staff, efficient and effective assistance. I would definitely recommend Murrick Insurance to everyone that wants great insurance assistance as well as be treated with a friendly staff.
Very poor customer service. I was sitting in the waiting area for 5 minutes when an employee came back from her break. She did not even ask if I had been helped. I sat for another 5 minutes when another customer walked in and was helped immediately by that employee. I had an issue with my car insurance that I wanted to fix. 4 Months ago when I was getting my car insurance renewed, I had asked that same employee to just renew my insurance with the same coverage. Little did I know that she did not do so and she changed the terms of my coverage. I only found out when I was making an insurance claim. I guess should thank them for saving me $100 for giving me the wrong coverage?

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above my objective to simply just renew my insurance. The agent Michelle noticed something incorrect, called icbc to adjust it, and it got me extra savings for the year!
