If I could put zero I would!! The receptionist literally hung up on me after I told her I was the patients wife. Who does that!? He's your patient and needs his broken tooth pulled but as soon as I say I'm his wife you just hang up on me!? How rude!! Last time he got a tooth pulled it took an hour of yanking and then he got sent home to take Tylenol and asking for anything else they called him a drug addict! You just spent an hour yanking and pulling a tooth you broke mid extraction but yeah he's a drug addict for wanting one days worth of pain medicine after oral surgery.

They were very rude to a family member, on the phone. Reception is hyper, talks over people, moves too fast through the call, doesn't listen, assumes the situation and needs training on EMPATHY and LISTENING SKILLS. Not sure how she has this job.....

Oak orchard is the only dentist around that accepts fidelis/Dentaquest. They got me right in, that was great. I had an appointment. The dentist referred me to Eastman dental- which is an hour away and has a two year long waiting list. When I called and asked if he could start my dental work until I got in he said that I had “too much anxiety” and refused to see me. I didn’t know you could refuse a patient for being nervous about going to the dentist. Kind of not nice to leave someone with no other options. Don’t go if you have anxiety or need any work done.

Everyone there is so friendly and nice. The doctors listen to what you have to say. Are very helpful. I love this place and highly recommend it

My review is a 1 not because of the nurses and Dr's but because of one receptionist impreticular. There has been several times I've called and gone into the office and Mary Beth has had an attitude. I was just in office on Friday and was sweet as pie asking my question and she countered my kindness with straight attitude. She went from zero to attitude in a matter of seconds, this of course made my blood boil and I gave her back the same attitude she gave me. It's getting to the point if she's the only on there to check me in I'll just leave. I've even seen her give other patients the same kind of attitude for no reason. I don't care if you had a rough day or an already difficult patient dows not give you the right to be nasty to someone who has been nothing but nice to you. She needs to take a lesson from Jennifer who is by far one of the nicest there.
