Our family has been coming here for more than 30 years when my husband and I got our braces. All four of our kids have gone through orthodontic treatment as well. The office staff is friendly and always accommodating. We trust Dr. Amy, she provides excellent care and plenty of information regarding available options. We recommend this office to everyone we know in need of braces!

Fantastic experience with Amy Richter Orthodontics! Extremely professional and warm staff - from the front desk to the financial office to the dental staff. We always felt welcome, were kept apprised of everything going on, and my daughter's teeth look beautiful. Appointment times were a dream - never waited for more than just a few minutes to get in. The office is run in a highly efficient manner. Highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.

Dr Amy & staff are amazing! Getting braces for kids can be a very scary and uncomfortable process for kids & parents. Fears about pain and discomfort, along with the potential financial burdens are all addressed with compassion, gentleness, and extreme professionalism. From the first appointment to the last, it is never a struggle to visit this office monthly. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and it is like one big family. We would recommend this office to anyone!

My daughter has been going to Dr Amy Richter‘s office in Blasdell for over 2 years. We have experienced nothing but great service from everyone in the office. Most importantly, her teeth look great! This has been one of the best experiences with orthodontics I've had. We lived in another state for my first child so I can say compared to that place this is hands down the best! You are treated as part of the family. They care and it shows. Amazing staff. Just wonderful. You won't be disappointed!

Everyone has been wonderful!! Annie is always so kind and friendly. Ann Marie and Rob are always so helpful. Dr. Richter has been great . We never have a long wait nor do we ever feel rushed. My daughter is very comfortable there. My only wish is that there were more available days at the Blasdell office . It is sometimes difficult to make it to other offices if there is an emergency. The Blasdell office is so convenient for us. I would highly recommend Dr. Richter orthodontics.

Wow! Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The receptionist knew it was us without me telling her our name. She was kind and bubbly. The office manager Ann Marie and I talked. She told me everything I needed to know. She was very smart and knowledgeable in addition to being really sweet. The doctor was efficient and knowledgeable as well. Easy to work with. What a great office and group of people working at Amy Richter Ortho!

When you first walk in the door there are smiling faces and a cheerful greeting. The staff from start to finish is extremely pleasant. They are excellent at educating both the kids and the parents to ensure the best outcome possible. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Richter is wonderful! Her staff is great and everybody is so down to earth and so friendly. I am so pleased with the way my teeth are turning out. I would highly recommend Dr. Richter for your orthodontic needs.

Our experience couldn’t have been better!! Everyone is always on top of their stuff making sure every appointment is enjoyable and convenient for us!! I’m actually gonna miss the interactions with everyone at this office. Maybe one of my younger ones will need braces!! Thanks again for everything!!
