Len Sanci took over the small store in 1969 with 22 employees. Now we're selling our original clients' grandchildren their cars. It's a history we're proud of.

I recently went into the quick lane service centre to get a burnt out tail light changed. What should have been a 5min quick fix was a 1hour and 30min wait. I was told by the service team that the quick lanes were down, and they were swamped with repairs. Seeing as though I was now going to be waiting for over an hour I decided to go grab a coffee at the near Tim Horton’s. Walking around back I saw 3 service workers smoking, and only 2 others working on cars. After spending $50,000 on a car from this dealership I expect a little better. Customer service is simply lacking at this location. I should mention that the service person helping me was very apologetic about the poor service, and thanked me for waiting. I have noticed after the few times I’ve been to Oak-Land, there has never been anyone running the show, and making things happen! Someone has there feet up on a desk in the back room for sure.

I went to these guys few times and had nothing but bad experiences. They always make me wait for appointments for 2 weeks or more. They chipped my tier. They charged me over $70 for taking a look at the car key and saying your auto starter is after market and go to where you had it installed. And of course they made me wait 2 weeks for that too. They scheduled me on one day then had to leave my car over night cause they "didn't get to it". Never going back there again, absolute terrible experience and feel completely ripped off by them. I don't recommend anyone going there unless you are looking to get robbed and have your time wasted.

Where do I even start? My wife and I have been looking to get ourselves into a newer vehicle. It started with a simple phone call and I was greeted with a very polite phone staff that redirected me to Ron Winn in vehicle sales. I can now see why he has been doing this for 17 years strong! Our first impression of him was very positive, as excited as we were to get into the new vehicle to test drive, he was very patient with us and made sure we where ready for safe travels. After deliberating with my wife, we were so impressed, we decided to come back and try and work out a deal with Ron and the dealer. This time, Ron brought us into the back to meet a service tech by the name of Jay who put our new car on the hoist to inspect the car ourselves. He took the time to remove the wheels and show us the brakes and other components of the vehicle (without us even asking). My wife and I felt at home. Overall, this has been the best buying experience, and I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Our experience visiting the dealership was highly professional. Friendly staff greeted us and took care of us with courtesy. The sales representative Max was quick and knowledgeable with the the types of upgrades of each vehicle. He provided all the different credit options and he listen to our request. It sure was a pleasure speaking with him as he did not push or pressure us in any way.

I am driving my third Lincoln and have been delighted with the entire experience. There was a time when dealerships quite frankly over charged for maintenance services but those days are gone. I take my Lincoln "home" to Oak-land Ford Lincoln for ALL my servicing needs and take comfort in knowing that the staff will treat my car with great care. I feel quite safe in my Lincoln knowing that it is state of the art engineering supported by meticulous maintenance from my dealer.
