Purchase Mothers Nulens headlight Renewal Kit not expecting 3000 grit foam finishing disc. Was missing called them up explained what happened. He said will take care of you I get there empty my kit on the counter I tell him its missing 3000 grit foam. his words you already open it and used it . Actually he open it early on October 24,2017 at 6:55 pm . So I tell him he needs to open another kit he does and tossed it on the counter here take it his words I'm not gonna worry about it as i was examining the 3000 grit foam all my kit still on the counter some how he takes my 3"soft flex backing plate puts it in the kit that's missing the 3000 grit foam this guy is some magician so for those who shop at O'Reilly Auto parts be very aware when buying kits .MY EXPERIENCE 😠

Had my alternator and battery tested here, was told the alternator was bad by an employee and the battery was fine so I bought a brand new alternator and gave them my core for the core charge, I then discovered that my battery was bad and the alternator was fine so I returned the unused alternator Kevin the manager refused to return my alternator to me and refused to refund me for it, apparently I wasn't owed anything for the alternator he returned which will no doubt be refurbished and sold. I am disabled and on a fixed income and Kevin tried to essentially pull the wool over my eyes, by way of pretending I was owed nothing for my alternator. Go somewhere else as this is borderline theft.
